Warranty Issues
defibrillator.ae offer up to one (5) years warranty on their main machines units (CAED Machines) against manufacturing defects. If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at (info@hoff.ae)
We assume that all machines used if opened and if usage hours are placed on the machine. AED warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.
All AED machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by the manufacturer. This policy varies by manufacturer with a diagnostic fee that varies and is determined by the manufacture.
International Orders
We may accept international orders but the customer is responsible for determining, managing and paying any and all taxes (please contact us to determine the delivery fee for orders outside UAE
However we will accept International prescriptions if the customer and prescribing doctor are residents of the same country and the prescription provided meets the guidelines set forth by the country of origin.
We will apply Warranties on all machines purchased from defibrillator.ae however we will charge the customer all shipping fees related to returning an item for repair and all shipping fees for sending machine(s) back to the customer.
